ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is focused on helping people living with HIV/AIDS who want to find work but are currently unemployed. With many individuals in this situation, the study aims to see if providing extra support and incentives can help them get jobs more effectively. Participants will be divided into two groups: one will receive standard job support services tailored to their needs related to HIV/AIDS, and the other will receive the same services plus chances to win prizes for completing job-related tasks each week. The study will last for 16 weeks, and participants will be checked in with over a period of 18 months to see how well they are doing in finding and keeping jobs.

To be eligible for this trial, participants must be at least 18 years old, living with HIV, and currently unemployed in a formal job setting. Those with other conditions that might make it hard to take part in the study will not be included. This trial is a great opportunity for individuals looking to re-enter the workforce and gain support in the process.
