ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on creating a biological bank for patients with autoimmune cytopenia, which includes conditions like Immune Thrombocytopenia, Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia, and Autoimmune Neutropenia. The goal is to gather biological samples from patients to help researchers better understand these diseases and develop new treatments. The trial is being conducted by the Internal Medicine Department of Haut-Lévêque Hospital, which is recognized as a specialized center for these conditions.
To participate, you need to be over 16 years old and have a diagnosis of autoimmune cytopenia according to specific guidelines. You should also be covered by a social security program and willing to provide written consent to join the study. Participants can expect to contribute to important research that could lead to better care for people with these diseases. However, individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently receiving treatment for autoimmune cytopenia, as well as those with certain viral infections, cannot take part in the trial. This research is crucial for advancing our understanding and treatment of these autoimmune conditions.
