ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a new type of wearable clothing that can monitor heart rate during exercise. The goal is to see if these smart clothes can be used effectively in home healthcare for people with multiple chronic health conditions, helping them manage their health through exercise. Researchers want to ensure that the information collected by the clothes is reliable and valid before using them as part of a broader health management plan that includes telehealthcare, which allows for medical consultations via phone or video.

To participate in this study, individuals should be between the ages of 65 and 74, have at least two chronic diseases, and be able to walk on their own. They must also be comfortable using smartphones and able to understand Mandarin. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups to test the effectiveness of the wearable clothes. This study is currently recruiting participants, and it's important to note that those with a history of cancer, certain mental health conditions, or specific neurological and musculoskeletal issues are not eligible to join. If you or a loved one meet the criteria, this could be a great opportunity to contribute to innovative health research!
