ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is investigating a new way to help prevent knee injuries, specifically anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, in young males who play sports like soccer, volleyball, or basketball. While ACL injuries are more common in females, many males also suffer from them, leading to pain and long-term issues like arthritis in the knee. The goal of the study is to find better ways to provide feedback to young athletes during their training, helping them learn how to avoid injuries more effectively.

To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be young males actively playing on a soccer, volleyball, or basketball team. Unfortunately, those who do not participate in these sports will not be included. If selected, participants can expect to receive real-time feedback during their training sessions, which could help them improve their techniques and potentially reduce their risk of injury. This trial is still in the planning stages and has not started recruiting participants yet, but it aims to make a significant impact on the health and safety of young male athletes.
