ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of a special rehabilitation program called SpineZone for people suffering from different types of spine pain, including neck pain, low back pain, scoliosis, and thoracic injuries. The program combines physical therapy with online coaching and focuses on strengthening the core muscles, which are important for back support. The goal is to see how effective this program is and to understand the costs involved by tracking participants who receive either in-clinic or online treatment.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be between 18 and 89 years old and have been recommended physical rehabilitation for their spine pain. Unfortunately, those who are younger than 18, older than 89, or unable to safely participate in the program will not be able to join. Participants can expect to take part in a structured rehabilitation plan that is tailored to their needs, and their progress will be monitored closely. This study aims to gather important information that could help improve rehabilitation options for people with spine pain in the future.
