- • Physically active according to International Physical Activity Questionnarie (IPAQ)
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Any known systemic diseases or medical condition
- • Sensitive or fragile skin,
- • Allergic diseases
- • Pregnancy or pregnancy suspicion
- • Using of sedative, psychosomatic or analgesic drugs
