ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how stress affects both our bodies and minds. Stress can show up in many ways, like changes in heart rate or breathing, and can impact our overall health. The researchers want to understand these stress responses better by looking at healthy individuals and those with certain psychiatric disorders. They will use a controlled test and real-life situations to find reliable signs that indicate how stress is experienced.
To participate in this study, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 65 and speak German fluently. You also should have a diagnosis of a specific personality disorder, depression, schizophrenia, or you could be someone without any current psychiatric issues. Participants can expect to take part in tests that measure their responses to stress in a safe environment. This research aims to improve how we diagnose and treat stress-related conditions in the future, making it important for anyone interested in mental health.
