ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the quality of life for people with pelvic organ prolapse (POP), a condition where pelvic organs, like the bladder or uterus, slip out of place. The trial aims to gather information on how different treatments—both non-surgical (like physical therapy or use of devices) and surgical options—affect patients' lives. By collecting this data, researchers hope to improve treatment strategies for POP in the future.

To be eligible for the trial, participants should be aged 65 to 74 and diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse. It's important to note that individuals who are younger than 18, pregnant, or have certain other bladder and bowel issues will not be included. Those who join the study can expect to provide information at the beginning and follow-up points about their health and quality of life, but they will not be assigned to a specific treatment based on the study. This means the study is mainly about gathering information rather than changing anyone's treatment plan right away.
