The Thoracic Specimen Registry is a clinical trial designed to help researchers better understand and treat lung cancer and other diseases affecting the chest area, such as lung transplants and tumors. By collecting samples from patients with these conditions, the study aims to improve early diagnosis, treatment options, and overall understanding of these diseases. If you are over 18 years old and have been diagnosed with or screened for any thoracic diseases, including lung tumors or chronic lung conditions, you may be eligible to participate.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Subject must be \> 18 years of age
- • Presumed or known or screening of Thoracic Diseases (which includes but not limited to the following: thoracic neoplasms (masses/nodules) malignant or benign, interstitial lung diseases (ILD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), thoracic infections, thoracic malignancies metastatic to other organs, other cancers metastatic to the thoracic cavity.
