ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a type of therapy called Internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (ICBT), specifically designed for Canadian public safety personnel, like police officers and firefighters, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or psychological trauma. The study aims to understand how well these individuals engage with the therapy, if their symptoms improve, and to identify any challenges or benefits of using this online approach.

To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old, live in Canada, and be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress. It's also important that you can access a computer and the internet. You’ll need to have a physician who can be contacted in case of an emergency, unless you don't have one and the screening process shows it's not necessary. Participants will engage with the therapy online and share their experiences, which will help researchers learn more about how effective this treatment can be for public safety personnel.
