ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of a physical exercise program on women with triple-negative breast cancer who are receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy, which is treatment given before surgery. The goal is to see if participating in a regular and intense exercise routine can improve their physical fitness compared to women who do not meet the recommended exercise levels set by the World Health Organization.
To be eligible for this trial, women must be diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer that is at least 15 millimeters in size and receiving treatment at the Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud de Pozuelo in Madrid, Spain. If they join the study, participants will take part in an exercise program and will be compared to a group that does not exercise as much. This research could help us understand how exercise may benefit women undergoing treatment for breast cancer. The trial is currently recruiting participants, so those who fit the criteria can consider joining.
