ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at the outcomes for people who donate a kidney using two different methods: hand-assisted and robotic surgery. The study aims to understand how these two minimally invasive techniques affect the health and recovery of kidney donors. By comparing these methods, the researchers hope to find out which approach leads to better results for donors after the surgery.
To take part in the study, you must be at least 18 years old and either be a kidney donor or recipient who has had surgery using one of these two methods. The trial is currently recruiting participants, so if you fit the criteria, you could help contribute to important findings in kidney donation. If you decide to participate, you'll be monitored for your recovery and any complications, which will help improve future kidney donation procedures.
