ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Sleep Behaviors in Pregnancy," is looking at how pregnant women sleep during their pregnancy. The researchers want to find out how long women sleep in different positions at night and how often they change positions. They will also see if using a sleep monitor can help improve sleep habits.
To participate, women need to be at least 28 weeks pregnant and receiving prenatal care at Michigan Medicine. They also need to have a smartphone, either an Android or an iPhone. The study is currently recruiting participants, and those who join can expect to help researchers learn more about sleep during pregnancy, which could lead to better sleep solutions for future mothers.
