ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating whether a special computer game can help stroke survivors who experience a condition called spatial neglect, which makes it difficult for them to pay attention to one side of their surroundings. The study will compare the effects of this adaptive game training with standard rehabilitation methods to see which one helps improve attention and recovery better.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a right-handed person who has had a first stroke affecting the right side of the brain, and you should be able to understand Italian well enough to give informed consent. Unfortunately, people with a history of certain mental or neurological conditions, substance abuse, or those who cannot complete the training sessions will not be eligible. If you decide to join, you can expect to engage in training sessions that may be both fun and beneficial as you work on your recovery.
