ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new home-based system called Care4AD, designed to help caregivers better manage and coordinate care for people living with dementia, especially those with Alzheimer's Disease. Dementia can make daily life challenging for both patients and their caregivers, and this study aims to see if this device can make things easier by improving care and support at home.

To participate in the trial, you need to be an older adult, over 65 years old, who has mild to moderate Alzheimer's Disease and is able to walk around. You must also live in your own home and have a caregiver who can help you during the study. Unfortunately, if you have severe dementia, significant medical issues, or live in a nursing home, you would not be eligible to join. Participants can expect to use the Care4AD system and provide feedback about their experience, which could help improve care for others in the future. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it’s a great opportunity to contribute to research that can make a real difference in dementia care.
