ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the outcomes of treatments for flexor tendon injuries, which are injuries to the tendons that help move your fingers. The goal is to gather information from several medical centers about how well surgery and therapy work for these types of injuries. After surgery, all patients will follow a specific movement plan to help them recover. The researchers want to see how well the treatment works and what factors might affect the recovery process.
To be eligible to participate, you should have had a flexor tendon injury to your fingers or thumb between 2014 and 2025. You must also be willing to give your consent to join the trial. Unfortunately, if you have other serious injuries, certain medical conditions, or have had previous surgeries on the tendon, you may not qualify. Participants can expect to receive care and follow-up from the medical team, and your results will contribute to improving treatment methods for others with similar injuries.
