ClinConnect Summary
The COVIDENCE UK study is a research project aimed at understanding COVID-19 in the UK population. The main goals of the study are to find out what factors increase the risk of getting COVID-19 and experiencing severe outcomes, to learn how the illness affects people's health over time, and to understand its impact on both physical and mental well-being. This study also aims to create a pool of information that can help identify people for future clinical trials and serve as a comparison for those trials.
If you're a UK resident aged 16 or older, you might be eligible to participate in this study. There are no specific health conditions or exclusions that would prevent you from joining. Participants can expect to share their experiences and health information over time, contributing to a better understanding of COVID-19 and its effects on the community. Your involvement could help shape future treatments and responses to the pandemic.
