ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new augmented reality (AR) video game called "No Time Wasted," aimed at preventing alcohol use and reducing harm among teenagers. The game will help teens learn about important topics like blood alcohol content (BAC), standard drink sizes, and how to recognize signs of alcohol poisoning. It will also encourage players to step in and help fictional characters who may be in trouble from drinking too much.
To participate in this study, teens must be between 16 and 18 years old, currently enrolled in high school, and able to play the AR game for about 30-45 minutes at a time. They should also be comfortable speaking English. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it will help researchers understand if the game can effectively reduce risky drinking behaviors and increase awareness about alcohol-related issues.
