ClinConnect Summary
The ARMOR Study is looking at how common COVID-19 is among healthcare workers and how their mental and emotional well-being is affected during this challenging time. The study will test healthcare workers for antibodies, which are proteins that show if a person has been exposed to the virus. It aims to understand how knowing their antibody status might impact their feelings and coping strategies. This information will help improve support for healthcare workers during the pandemic and prepare for future outbreaks.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and work for or be affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP). You should also be able to read and understand English. Participants can expect to undergo tests for COVID-19 antibodies and share their experiences regarding stress and coping during the pandemic. Your involvement in this study could help enhance the well-being of healthcare workers in these trying times.
