ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a treatment called gentian violet affects people with a skin condition known as Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), which causes painful lumps and sores. The researchers want to understand how patients respond to this treatment by collecting information through surveys and observing changes in the skin's condition after treatment.

To participate in this trial, you need to have active HS and be willing to have one treatment application of gentian violet, followed by a follow-up appointment in one month. Unfortunately, children and individuals without visible HS lesions during the clinic visit won't be able to join. If you do participate, you can expect to share your experiences and feelings about the treatment through surveys, which will help researchers learn more about how gentian violet might help others with this condition in the future.
