ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how well two different imaging tests can help detect cancer. The researchers want to compare a new type of scan called 68Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT with a more commonly used scan called 18F-FDG PET/CT. Both scans are used to find primary tumors and check if cancer has spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to see which scan might be better for identifying cancer in patients with various types of tumors.

To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult (18 years or older) with suspected or diagnosed cancer, and you must be scheduled to have both types of scans. It’s also important that you can provide consent for joining the study. However, people with non-cancerous tumors, those who are pregnant, or anyone unable to give consent cannot take part. If you join the study, you will undergo both scans, and your experiences will help researchers understand how these imaging tests can improve cancer diagnosis.
