- • stable weight the last two months
- • smokers or not
- • no restriction regarding the menopause
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • insulin therapy
- • antiplatelet, anti-coagulant, anti-inflammatory and anti-depressant medication
- • chronic inflammatory disease
- • autoimmune diseases
- • cancer
- • uncontrolled thyroid disease.
- • supplement consumption the last two months
