ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying pancreatic cysts, which are fluid-filled sacs in the pancreas. Researchers want to understand how these cysts develop over time and find a better way to identify which cysts are harmless and which ones could lead to cancer. They will do this by looking at various factors, including medical history, imaging tests (like CT scans), and certain biological markers that can indicate the nature of the cysts.
To participate in this study, you must be an adult aged 18 or older who is being referred to a doctor for a pancreatic cyst evaluation. Some individuals may not qualify if they have serious medical conditions, are unable to give their consent, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you join the trial, you can expect to undergo tests and assessments that will help researchers learn more about pancreatic cysts and improve future diagnosis and treatment options. Your participation could help advance our understanding of this condition.
