ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how an educational program about the human papillomavirus (HPV) can help increase the number of underserved adults who accept and complete free HPV vaccinations. HPV is a virus that can lead to certain cancers, and the goal of this trial is to see if providing more information about HPV will encourage low-income, uninsured adults to get vaccinated, ultimately helping to prevent these cancers.
To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult between the ages of 18 and 45 who speaks and understands either English or Spanish. It’s important to note that the trial is not open to children or anyone who has already received any dose of the HPV vaccine. If you join, you can expect to take part in the educational program and receive the free vaccination, which can help protect you from HPV-related health issues in the future. The trial is currently recruiting participants, so there’s an opportunity to get involved and contribute to important health research.
