ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way to strengthen the back muscles in patients with Parkinson's disease who have posture problems. Many people with Parkinson's, especially in Martinique, experience issues with their posture that cannot be treated with standard medications. The goal of this study is to see if a special exercise program can help improve these posture issues and enhance the overall quality of life for participants.
To be eligible for the trial, participants must be at least 18 years old and diagnosed with Parkinson's disease or a similar condition. They should also have specific posture problems and have been on stable medication for at least 8 weeks. The trial is currently recruiting participants of any gender, and those interested will be screened to ensure they meet the necessary criteria. Participants can expect to take part in a tailored exercise program and will receive support from healthcare professionals throughout the study. It's important to note that individuals with certain medical conditions or who have had specific surgeries may not be eligible to participate.
