ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new type of therapy called immersive virtual reality-based vestibular training to help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) who experience dizziness, balance problems, and fatigue. Researchers want to see if this virtual reality training is safe and effective compared to traditional vestibular training, which has already shown benefits for balance and dizziness in people with MS.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be between 18 and 65 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of MS. They should also have some difficulty walking and experience dizziness. However, individuals with certain conditions, like blurred vision, cognitive issues, or other serious health problems, will not be able to participate. While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, those who join can expect to engage in training sessions that may help improve their balance and overall quality of life. This trial aims to provide valuable insights into how virtual reality can support rehabilitation for MS patients.
