ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective and safe a mobile app can be for helping teenagers manage their emotions better, especially those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The study will involve 80 adolescents aged 14 to 17 years, who will be divided into two groups: one group will continue with their usual treatment, while the other group will use the mobile app in addition to their regular care. The goal is to see if using the app helps improve their ability to handle emotions that can be difficult for them.
To participate in the trial, teenagers must be diagnosed with ADHD and experience significant emotional difficulties. However, those with other serious conditions like intellectual disabilities, psychotic disorders, or autism will not be included. The trial is not currently recruiting participants, but once it starts, those involved can expect to contribute to research that could help improve the lives of many young people facing similar challenges.
