ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying injuries in children to understand more about how they happen and how to help prevent them. The researchers will collect information about children who come to the emergency department with injuries at a Children's Hospital in Shanghai, China. They want to look at the reasons for these injuries, how severe they are, and the outcomes for the children. The goal is to create a better way to gather and analyze data about child injuries, which can help improve emergency care and develop strategies to prevent these injuries in the future.
To be eligible for this study, children aged 0 to 18 years who have recently been diagnosed with an injury in the emergency department can participate. However, children who have passed away before arriving at the hospital will not be included. Participants will have their injury details recorded, which will help researchers understand and address the issue of child injuries more effectively. This study is not yet recruiting participants, so there is no immediate action needed, but it aims to make a significant difference in how we care for injured children.
