  • Failure to respond to at least two trials of anti-seizure drugs with different mechanisms of action
  • Normal MRI
  • Exclusion Criteria
  • Active immunomodulatory therapy
  • Autoimmune disorder
  • Signs or symptoms consistent with comorbid infection
  • Oncological comorbidity
