  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • Major Gynecologic Oncologic surgery procedures (expected duration \> 2 hours)
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • Severe valvulopathy
  • Cardiac failure
  • Severe aortic stenosis
  • Severe cardiac arrhythmias
  • Coagulopathy
  • Contraindication to arterial calculation
  • Patient's refusal
