- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Major Gynecologic Oncologic surgery procedures (expected duration \> 2 hours)
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Severe valvulopathy
- • Cardiac failure
- • Severe aortic stenosis
- • Severe cardiac arrhythmias
- • Coagulopathy
- • Contraindication to arterial calculation
- • Patient's refusal
