ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a program designed to help young adults who have survived a stroke reintegrate into their communities and improve their overall well-being. The program includes storytelling and skill-building activities to support their adjustment after leaving the hospital. Researchers want to see how effective this approach is in both the short and long term for young stroke survivors.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be between 18 and 64 years old, have had a stroke, and be living at home after their hospital stay. They should also be able to communicate in Cantonese and attend all scheduled sessions. Participants will engage in the intervention program, and their experiences and progress will be tracked throughout the study. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it offers a unique opportunity to contribute to important research that could benefit young stroke survivors in the future.
