ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new way to help patients with chronic respiratory diseases improve their health through a program called TeleRehabilitation. This program allows patients to participate in exercise training from home using technology like computers or tablets. The goal is to make exercise more accessible for people who have difficulty going to a gym or rehab center, as exercise can help with symptoms, anxiety, and overall quality of life.

To be eligible for this trial, participants should have a chronic respiratory condition and experience difficulty breathing or exercising. They need to be stable at home and able to use a computer with some guidance. Unfortunately, those with a life expectancy of less than three months or who have recently been hospitalized for worsening symptoms won’t be able to join. Participants can expect to receive support and guidance as they engage in exercise training that fits into their daily lives, making it easier to stay active and healthy.
