As a participant in this study, you would be part of a registry that collects information about your treatment and health over time. This research is taking place at the Deutsches Herzzentrum München in Germany and is currently looking for individuals to join. The goal is to learn more about the effectiveness of these treatments and improve care for future patients. It’s important to know that if you have difficulty understanding or following the study requirements, you may not be eligible to participate.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Age above 18 years and consentable
• • Mitral Valve Regurgitation, Mitral Valve Stenosis, Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation, Tricuspid Stenosis
• • Transcatheter mitral or tricuspid valve therapy considered best option by heart-team decision
• • Written informed consent
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Patient's inability to fully cooperate with the protocol
