ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how well people who have had COVID-19 respond to the flu vaccine over time. Researchers want to understand if having COVID-19 affects your immunity to the flu after getting vaccinated. They are looking for adults aged 18 to 75, including those diagnosed with mild to severe COVID-19 at least two months before joining the study, as well as healthy adults who have not had COVID-19.
If you join the trial, you will be asked to provide some information and may have blood tests to measure your immune response to the flu vaccine. It’s important to note that you cannot participate if you received the flu vaccine in the last four months, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have certain health conditions that could complicate the study. This research aims to improve our understanding of how COVID-19 affects flu immunity, which could help in developing better vaccination strategies in the future.
