ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how to make HIV testing and counseling services more accessible and effective in medium-sized cities in Thailand. Researchers want to understand how many people are getting HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (like syphilis and hepatitis) when they come in for testing, and they will also evaluate how well people are sticking with the program and what they know about HIV. The study aims to improve services for people who might be at risk of HIV infection and help them access prevention tools like pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), a medication that can help prevent HIV.
If you're aged 15 or older and are willing to get tested for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, you may be eligible to participate. There are no exclusions based on health conditions or other factors. As a participant, you can expect to receive testing services, counseling, and support throughout the study. Your experience will help researchers understand how to enhance HIV prevention efforts in your community.
