ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring the experiences of children and young adults who have blood disorders, specifically conditions that affect blood clotting and bleeding. The researchers want to understand the challenges these patients face and how their health issues impact their lives. To do this, they have already reviewed existing research and will now conduct interviews with eligible participants. These interviews will be one-on-one conversations where participants can share their thoughts and feelings about their experiences.
If you know a young person aged 12 to 21 who speaks English and has been diagnosed with a bleeding or clotting disorder, they may qualify to take part in this study. It's important to note that participants will need to have access to a phone or computer for the interview, which will be done virtually. Through this study, researchers hope to gather valuable insights that can improve understanding and support for young patients dealing with these blood disorders.
