ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new approach called family-integrated care, which aims to help parents of premature infants feel less uncertain and anxious during their baby's hospital stay. The researchers want to see how involving families in the care of their premature infants can support both the parents' emotional well-being and the growth and development of the babies. Parents will be interviewed to share their feelings and experiences after participating in this supportive care model.

To be eligible for the study, infants must be born between 32 and 37 weeks of pregnancy and weigh less than 2500 grams at birth. They should also have a good health score right after birth. Parents need to be able to communicate well and understand the study, and they must agree to take part. Families will receive support throughout the process, and the research team is looking for valuable insights into how family involvement can make a difference during this challenging time.
