To be part of this study, participants should be between 40 and 76 years old and have been diagnosed with Zenker's diverticulum, showing symptoms related to it. They will need to fill out some questionnaires about their symptoms and quality of life, and they must agree to participate by signing a consent form. However, individuals who have already been treated for this condition or have certain other health issues may not be eligible. If you decide to join, you can expect to undergo a minimally invasive procedure and help researchers understand how to improve treatment for this condition.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Patients with endoscopically confirmed Zenker's diverticulum and presenting symptoms related to it.
• • Those who complete the symptom and quality of life questionnaires.
• • They must sign informed consent.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Previous treatment of Zenker's Diverticulum
• • Those for whom Zenker's diverticulum is ruled out at endoscopy.
• • Chewing disorders and/or dysphagia secondary to neurological pathology and Oesophageal motility disorders
• • Those who do not want to participate in the study and/or who do not sign the informed consent.
