ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a program called the "5 Ways to Wellbeing," which aims to improve people's mental health and overall quality of life. The trial is particularly focused on individuals who may be facing health challenges, including those on sick leave or receiving disability support. By exploring how this course can help participants feel better, work more effectively, and connect with others, the researchers hope to find effective ways to address common health issues in Norway and other Western countries.
To be eligible for the study, participants should be between the ages of 65 to 74 and either have health problems or be at a high risk of developing them. However, individuals with severe mental health issues or significant difficulties in thinking clearly may not be included. If you participate, you can expect to engage in activities designed to enhance your wellbeing and support healthier lifestyles. The findings from this trial could lead to broader use of the program, helping more people improve their health and quality of life in their communities.
