ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how different types of hepatitis B vaccines work in people, especially those who don’t respond well to the traditional vaccine. Researchers want to compare the standard hepatitis B vaccine, which some people don't respond to, with a new version that includes an ingredient called CpG, which has shown better results. By understanding why some people have poor responses to the vaccine, the study hopes to improve future vaccines and help protect more people from infections.

To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and able to understand and sign a consent form. People with chronic hepatitis B infection, those who are pregnant, or anyone with certain medical conditions that could make participation unsafe will not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to receive one of the vaccines and be monitored to see how your body responds. This research is important because it could lead to better vaccines in the future, especially for individuals who often struggle to build immunity.
