ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring whether a special treatment that connects the mind and body can help people who have chronic back pain. The study will compare this mind-body approach to standard care and another similar treatment to see which is more effective in reducing pain and disability. Researchers also want to find out if this approach can help with anxiety related to pain and improve overall quality of life.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult aged 18 or older and have chronic back pain that has lasted for at least three months, occurring at least three days a week. You should be willing to try a mind-body intervention and have a certain level of disability and pain bothersomeness. However, individuals under 18 or over 67 years old, those with certain serious medical conditions or significant mental health issues, cannot join the trial. If you choose to participate, you will receive support and treatment and be part of a process that could help improve your pain management.
