ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at whether an online compassion course can help healthcare professionals who are feeling stressed or overwhelmed in their jobs. The course consists of five modules that aim to reduce feelings of stress related to their work and improve their overall sense of well-being and self-compassion. Researchers want to see if this training can make a positive difference in the lives of those who care for patients.
To participate, individuals need to work directly with patients, either full-time or part-time, and have a score of 45 or higher on a questionnaire that measures stress of conscience—a feeling of worry or concern about their work. They should also be fluent in Swedish and have enough time to complete the online course. However, those who are currently on sick leave due to stress are not eligible to join. If you or someone you know fits these criteria, this could be a valuable opportunity to improve well-being in the healthcare profession.
