ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at ways to support therapists who help children dealing with trauma, such as those who have experienced difficult or upsetting events in their lives. The study aims to reduce burnout among these therapists, which can lead to them leaving their jobs and making it harder for children to get the mental health support they need. By focusing on creating a better work environment and helping therapists feel more secure, the researchers hope to ensure that these important therapy programs continue to be available for children aged 3 to 18 who need them.
To participate in the trial, therapists must have provided a specific type of therapy called Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in the last six months. Additionally, the children receiving this therapy must be between the ages of 3 and 18. If you or someone you know fits these criteria, participating in the trial could help improve mental health services for children affected by trauma. Participants can expect to be part of efforts aimed at creating lasting change in how trauma therapies are delivered, ultimately benefiting kids in need of support.
