ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how kidney transplantation affects bone health and blood vessel calcifications over time. Researchers will use special imaging techniques to take detailed pictures of bones and blood vessels in patients who have recently received a kidney transplant. They want to understand how these factors are related to kidney function and certain blood tests that measure bone health. The goal is to see how bone density and blood vessel conditions change after a transplant and how they might be connected to each other.

To be eligible for this trial, participants must be at least 18 years old and have had a kidney transplant within the last three months. They should also have medical records and test results from the past year available. Participants will have their bone and blood vessel health monitored over time, and they may help researchers learn more about the effects of kidney transplants on overall health. This study is open to all genders and is currently recruiting patients. If you or someone you know is interested in participating, it could provide valuable insights into kidney transplant recovery.
