To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have had an endo colostomy. The researchers are currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome to join, regardless of gender. If you decide to take part, you'll be asked to give your consent, and you'll be monitored for any potential benefits or side effects from using the mesh. This study is an important step in improving care for patients who undergo colostomy surgery.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • age \> 18 years
• • endo colostomy
• • Informed consent
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • age \< 18 years;
• • life expectancy \< 24 months (as estimated by the operating surgeon)
• • pregnancy
• • immunosuppressant therapy within 2 weeks before surgery
