This clinical trial is looking at a new type of mesh, called "Ante Rectus," to help prevent a condition known as parastomal hernia, which can occur after colostomy surgery. The goal is to see if placing this special mesh during the surgery can be safe and effective in reducing the chances of developing a hernia later on.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have had an endo colostomy. The researchers are currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome to join, regardless of gender. If you decide to take part, you'll be asked to give your consent, and you'll be monitored for any potential benefits or side effects from using the mesh. This study is an important step in improving care for patients who undergo colostomy surgery.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • age \> 18 years
- • endo colostomy
- • Informed consent
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • age \< 18 years;
- • life expectancy \< 24 months (as estimated by the operating surgeon)
- • pregnancy
- • immunosuppressant therapy within 2 weeks before surgery
