ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a new way to help young adults aged 18 to 29 reduce their alcohol use and the problems that can come with it. The study focuses on people who are not currently college students and aims to help them manage stress and encourage them to take part in positive activities that can replace drinking. By doing this, the researchers hope to find effective methods to support these individuals in making healthier choices.

To participate, you must be between 18 and 29 years old, not be a student or planning to enroll in college soon, and have experienced heavy drinking in the last month. This means having more than five drinks in one sitting or exceeding the recommended limits for weekly drinking. If you join the study, you can expect to engage in various activities designed to help you reduce alcohol consumption in a supportive environment. The trial is currently recruiting participants, so this could be a great opportunity to make a positive change in your life.
