ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new way to help cancer patients manage their health at home using a system called navigator-delivered Home ePRO. Essentially, this system allows patients to report their symptoms and experiences from home, which can help their healthcare team provide better support and care. The trial aims to understand how well this system works across different medical practices, what challenges may arise when putting it into use, and how it affects patients' health outcomes and the way they use healthcare services.
To participate in this trial, you need to be at least 18 years old and currently receiving treatment for cancer, such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy, at one of the participating centers. The trial is open to all patients, regardless of gender. If you join, you can expect to use this new reporting system and share your experiences, which could help improve cancer care for others in the future. It's important to note that this trial is currently looking for participants, so there's an opportunity to get involved and make a difference.
