ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a web-based program that combines breathing exercises and heart rate monitoring can help women dealing with infertility. The goal is to see if this program can reduce anxiety and depression, improve overall well-being, and possibly increase the chances of becoming pregnant. Infertility is a challenging issue that affects many couples, and finding effective ways to support mental health during this time is very important.
Women who are at least 20 years old, seeking infertility care, and planning to start treatment can participate in this trial. Participants will be divided into three groups to see which approach works best. They will be guided through the program and can expect to learn techniques to manage their stress and emotional health. It’s important to note that women with certain health conditions or those who have already started infertility treatments are not eligible for this study. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to find effective strategies to support women facing infertility challenges.
