ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how sleep quality, eating habits throughout the day, and gut bacteria all relate to obesity. Researchers aim to understand these connections better and develop a new, easy-to-use online tool that can help people make healthier lifestyle changes. The study will look at different groups of participants to see how their sleep, eating patterns, and gut bacteria change after using this tool.
To participate, you need to be an adult aged 18 to 65 with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30, or a BMI over 30. If you have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine, you can also join the study. However, if you've taken antibiotics in the last three months or have inflammatory bowel diseases, you won't be eligible. If you join, you can expect to share your experiences regarding sleep and eating while trying out the new online tool, and the researchers will monitor any changes in your health and habits.
