ClinConnect Summary
The BrainHealth Project is a long-term study that aims to understand what keeps our brains healthy and functioning well as we age. Over ten years, participants will take online assessments twice a year to track their brain performance and receive helpful information on how to improve their brain health. In addition, participants can join online coaching sessions for personalized support and advice. Some participants may also be invited to take part in brain imaging, which helps researchers see how the brain works.
To join the study, you need to be between 40 and 76 years old, speak English, and have reliable internet access. You should not have a diagnosed neurodegenerative disease or a history of serious brain injuries. By participating, you’ll help researchers learn more about how our lifestyles and habits can influence brain health, which could benefit many people in the future.
